The fee is 15 euros per item that needs adjusting or exchanging.
Make sure you specify the current wrist/ring size your bracelet/ring has been made for and then the new wrist size your bracelet needs to be made for.
If you wish to exchange for another colour, make sure you specify the colour you ordered and the colour you would like to change too.
